Principles

• Hosting and data storage exclusively in the EU.
• All patient cases are fully synthetic. No real patient data is processed anywhere.
• Voice recordings are personal data: processed only with your explicit consent (at sign-up). Raw audio is deleted automatically after 90 days; transcripts are kept while your account exists.
• To run the voice conversations, audio is transmitted to the service provider ElevenLabs; for grading, transcripts and texts are transmitted to Google (Gemini API).
• Self-service under “Account”: complete data export (JSON) and permanent deletion of the account and all data.
• Payment data is processed by Stripe; we store no card data.
