What is fsppruefung.de?
A training simulator for the Fachsprachprüfung: you take real histories from AI patients (voice, not text), present the case to an AI examiner and write the discharge letter — in the real exam chain under time pressure. Afterwards you get a detailed report with red-flag analysis and language corrections.
Is the training in German?
Yes. The exam is in German, so the conversations, cases and feedback are in German. The user interface is available in German and English.
How realistic are the AI patients?
Every case has a hidden medical history: the patient knows everything but only reveals what you ask correctly — just like in the real exam. Personalities vary (terse, anxious, rambling, hard of hearing), and as in reality many patients speak with an accent.
Who grades my performance?
A specialised AI model grades against case-specific criteria: red-flag coverage, language (C1, register), presentation structure, completeness of the letter. You always see what was missing and why it matters medically — no generic praise.
Are the cases medically reviewed?
Every case goes through a physician review before publication; no case goes live without a named reviewer. All patient cases are fully synthetic — no real patient data is used.
What does fsppruefung.de cost?
Your first complete exam simulation and three single-part drills are free. After that there is exactly one price: the Sprint Pass at a one-time €149 — 90 days of full access, no subscription, nothing to cancel.
Do I need a microphone?
Yes. Parts 1 and 3 are real voice conversations — exactly like the exam. A normal headset or your laptop's built-in microphone is fine; every session starts with a short mic check.
What happens to my recordings (GDPR)?
Voice recordings are processed only with your consent and deleted automatically after 90 days; transcripts remain while your account exists. Under “Account” you can export or permanently delete all your data at any time.
Does the training replace a preparation course?
It is the practice component most courses lack: unlimited realistic exam runs with immediate, specific feedback. You should bring C1-level grammar foundations or refresh them in parallel. fsppruefung.de is exam preparation — not medical advice and no guarantee of passing.
Which federal state is the training suitable for?
The training follows the common standard format of the chamber FSP (3 × 20 minutes, one case). It prepares you for every federal state; minor formal differences of your chamber are covered on our knowledge page about the format.
